We do Constructive Living Instruction, based on the work of Dr. David K. Reynolds.

ToDo Institute and Morita Therapy , are two sources of eastern lifestyle instruction.

We are active members at the San Francisco Zen Center.

We are involved with The Oomoto School of Traditional Japanese Arts in Kameoka, Kyoto, Japan.

We used to do a great holistic martial art called Shintaido (Japanese martial art).
